Coach Day Trip

Hello to U3A Broadbeach Members.
The Brunswick Heads Coach Trip is back on for 27th August 2024.
Our Coach trip coordinator Robyn has decided to step down from the position after many years of successful journeys.
I have taken over the role as coordinator of the Coach Day Trips and hope that I will be able to deliver as well as Robyn has all these years. (If only just a little bit).
All members and their guests are warmly invited to us on Tuesday, 27 August 2024 for our next coach trip.
Our destination being the northern New South Wales town of Brunswick heads.
We will be meeting at BAVIA by 9 am for our coach to be departing by 9:15am.
We will stop on the way for morning tea along the coastline while heading towards northern New South Wales.
Brunswick heads is known for its quirky and interesting shops, which includes Miss Brown vintage clothing,
Vintage Interier pieces and Men's vintage clothing shop among many others.
We will have the opportunity to have a wander around the shops or take a walk along the river or to the beach from where our coach will be parked at the Brunswick hotel Brunswick.
We will be lunching at the Hotel Brunswick.
The cost of the trip will be $25 per head and people will be able to order their own choice of lunch at their own cost.
Meals start as low as $15 (there isn't a seniors menu, but you are welcome to order from the kids menu)

Do come along if you can, to enjoy the day with us and explore. With the winter sunshine making it all the merrier.
IF YOU DO WISH TO BOOK A SEAT OR SEATS PLEASE BOOK AND PAY by Tuesday, 20 August 2024.
I have not included the lunch, as I know many people have different dietary needs. This will also make it all the more cost-effective for some.
Feel free to bring your own lunch if you wish. There are picnic areas nearby for you to sit and eat if you choose to do so.
There is also plenty of storage in the bus for people to bring their own chairs etc.
