Knee Tai Chi Trial
I am a physiotherapy researcher from the Centre for Exercise, Health, and Sports Medicine (CHESM) at the University of Melbourne in Victoria. I am reaching out to share information about a research study we are conducting. It is a study on an online home-based Tai Chi program for people with chronic knee pain. We are looking for male participants and we think members of your U3A communities might be interested.
Participants will either:

- Follow an online, home-based Tai Chi program and read educational information about chronic knee pain for 12 weeks, or
- Read educational information about chronic knee pain alone.
