Warmest congratulations to JOHN CRITTENDEN, a tutor at U3A Broadbeach. John was awarded Gold in the Singing Category of the International Association of Universities of the Third Age world-wide competition. He wrote and performed a U3A anthem that sums up the value of U3A and lifelong learning. John relocated from England with Linda his wife and U3A has helped them feel a sense of belonging in their new country, where two of their three children and two of their four grandchildren are located. John, congratulations from the QLD U3A family, and we are thrilled you and Linda have joined and contribute to our community.
