All members and their guests are warmly invited to join in on our next Coach Excursion on Thursday 16th August.

We will be meeting at Merrimac High School at the bus turnaround @ 9am, for the coach to depart by 9.15am, then we will be heading towards Brisbane, with a stop at a lovely surprise scenic location for a complimentary morning tea along the way.

Onwards from there to Brisbane's West End, where we will meet the City Cat and journey along the Brisbane River for approximately 1&1/4 hrs to Hamilton, where our Coach will meet us and take us to the Breakfast Creek Hotel for a delicious lunch. 🍽
The cost of the City Cat travel is $1.30 with a go card and $2.40 if paying by cash and the City Cat payment will be each guests own responsibility.

There are four choices on the menu for us @ The Breakfast Creek Hotel and they are as follows,
1) Homemade Brekky Creek Pie, served with chips and gravy
2) Battered Fish and chips, served with chips and tater sauce
3) Mini Rump Steak, 200g rump steak with BCH coleslaw & chips
4) Chicken Caesar Salad, Grilled chicken on a bed of Caesar Salad
AND
Dessert, Pastry Danish with cream and the or coffee.

It is estimated that this excursion will cost approximately $40.00 per head (inclusive of travel and lunch) but, as with all excursions, costs are determined by the number of travellers, so the more the merrier and the most cost effective.
