🚍 Good Afternoon 🚍
All members and their guests are warmly invited to register their interest
to be joining in on our first Coach Excursion for 2023
ON THURSDAY 23rd FEBRUARY
📢 Future Coach Excursions will be happening on FRIDAYs
for :April, June, August, October:2023 because of all
of the other activities available for our U3A members
on Thursdays with our new timetable at BAVIA house.
We will be meeting on THURSDAY 23rd FEBRUARY by 8 (eight)AM for our Coach to depart from BAVIA House to journey on to The CABOOLTURE Historical Village
with a complimentary morning tea stop at somewhere interesting along the way.
🏞 🍪 🍰 🅿
Upon arrival at The Caboolture Historical Village we will be met by our tour guide for an amazing tour of the Village. It's well worth looking at their website, for the map and for the special features which include a life like hologram of Mr Geddes the 1st Postmaster,Toyotas 1st small car sold in Australia in 1964 as well as the original EXPO 88 signs and many many more interesting memories of the days gone by.
Our lunch will be served on the beautiful verandah of the Village Hotel at approx 1pm and that includes meat and salad, bread, tea and coffee. 🫓🥗☕️
After lunch there will be free time to wander at your leisure,
around the Village until our Coach departs for our return to BAVIA House
at approx 3.00pm
It is expected that we will arrive back to BAVIA House by approx 5pm.
The all inclusive cost of this Excursion is expected to be between $55-$60 pp,
but, as with all Excursions costs are determined by the number of travellers,
so the more the merrier and the more cost effective also.
If you do wish to register your interest in booking a seat or seats on this Excursion
please reply to this email by TUESDAY 7th February
then final details and payment options will be emailed to all travellers
very soon after FEB7th
Looking forward to your replies
Happy travels
