Dance For Exercise
Join us for an hour of fun, dancing to music from the 60’s to the 80’s. Lots of different dances will be taught including Samba, Rumba, Nutbush, Cha Cha, Tahitian, Belly dancing to name a few. Our instructor has had many years of experience teaching different dance styles to various groups and wants everyone to have lots of fun as they dance for exercise. |
Numbers are limited due to the size of our dance studio which is air conditioned. All dances are suitable for singles so no partner is required. Wear comfortable clothes and shoes for easy movement.
You will be required to complete a form (supplied by the tutor) stating that you are physically capable of completing the class.
