Discussion Group
'We try to solve the worlds problems' - Jo
Members propose questions or topics which the group then explore or attempt to answer. These range from international current affairs, national and local problems, ethical issues and topics which are just fun.

We try to include as much factual information on which to base our arguments or opinions, and in the spirit of the modern age we sometimes refer to Google on a smart phone to verify certain points.

Everyone is given the opportunity to contribute and the discussion which evolves is wide-ranging, light-hearted and many of us leave thinking that we have learnt something or that we need to go and do some research.
