German Intermediate

This is a continuation of a small Beginners German class which has met during the CoVid ordeal to enable members with travel experience, who might have lived and worked in German-speaking countries or are descendants of German-speaking migrants. Anyone who has some basic German knowledge through their schooling or travel is welcome to join us on our cultural and linguistic journey. It will be guided by a very helpful course of study, “TAKE OFF IN GERMAN” which includes a graded and easy- to use textbook and set of CD’s which are ideal for self-study and the practice of your writing, listening and speaking skills. We also learn from one another cultural knowledge of proverbs, history, geography, German humour, poems and songs which will broaden your horizons when travel resumes.
