Griffith Lecture 12 November 21
The final U3A lecture of the year at Griffith University will be on Friday 12 November by presenter Robert Bianchi, Professor of Finance, Department of Accounting, Finance and Economics.

Lecture title: Research in Superannuation and Retirement
Following the impacts of COVID-19, Dr Bianchi will discuss various issues relating to the economy and investment markets. He will share the latest research in the areas of superannuation, investments and these effects on retirees.
Presenter bio - Robert Bianchi
Robert Bianchi is Professor of Finance at Griffith University. His research expertise is in the areas of asset allocation, superannuation/retirement and alternative investments. Robert’s research has been published in the Journal of Banking & Finance, Journal of Portfolio Management, Journal of Applied Corporate Finance and Accounting and Finance.
He is the Director of the Griffith Centre for Personal Finance and Superannuation (GCPFS). Robert is a member of the editorial board of JASSA: The Finsia Journal of Applied Finance, member of the EDHECinfra International Advisory Board and editorial board member of the Financial Planning Research Journal.
The lecture venue is in G39 1.17 and the schedule will be:
