U3A Trip to Mount Tamborine

For starters we happy travellers enjoyed morning tea on the way to lunch -  chilly there but very warm company.  At St Bernard's we settled in for drinks, a wood fire, giant but gentle dogs, a peacock and wonderful views. An excellent lamb roast with pavlova followed and then we went on to a wine tasting at Witches Winery.  Very enjoyable wine talk and tasting with an interesting insight into bottling and packaging  - $6.00 for 6 tastings - YUM.  Some relaxing in the garden between showers at Witches Winery and home well before dark.
