Yoga
Our yoga class is weekly and caters for beginners through to those who have done yoga for a long time. Our class is led by an experienced tutor. It starts with gentle stretching, progresses to yoga positions and finishes with relaxing meditation.
To join the class you will need:
a) to wear comfortable clothes suitable for yoga and supply your own mat.
b) to fill out a form (supplied by the tutor) where you need to sign that you are physically capable of completing the class.
